~Step 2 - Attend a Protecting God's Children workshop~
All adults and parents are encouraged to attend a
Protecting God's Children workshop to gain
important knowledge about
preventing child sexual abuse.
All individuals, including Liturgical Ministers 18 years
of age or older, that may be working with minors
in the parish or school setting
are required to attend
a Protecting God’s Children workshop
and permit a Criminal Background Check.
Immaculate Conception is offering workshops on the following
dates: August 13, August 18, August 25,
September 10, September 16 and September 24.
You also may take the workshop at any parish, but must provide
the Certificate of Attendance and permission form to obtain a
background check directly to IC after your
workshop has been completed.
